Health and Safety
Jan 31, 2023
Our attendees’ health and safety remains our priority. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 pandemic and all the official safety requirements. You will find below all needed information to enjoy this conference.
Coming to France for Embedded Recipes
Here is the latest information on travel to France:
Since the outset of the crisis, the health check system at borders has protected our healthcare system and delayed the arrival into France of worrying variants. This system was removed on 1 August 2022.
Therefore, the rules previously in place for travellers to France no longer apply:
- Travellers no longer have any formalities to complete before arriving into mainland or overseas France, and the COVID certificate can no longer be
required, irrespective of the country or area of origin;
- Proof of a compelling reason for travel can no longer be required;
- Travellers no longer need to present a sworn declaration that they are not infected with COVID-19 and pledge to take an antigen test or biological exam upon arrival in France. This also applies to travel between mainland France and each of the overseas territories.
Safety measures for the conference
Even if mask is no longer mandatory indoors, wearing it is strongly recommended for attendees. The stage being far enough from the room, the speakers will be able to speak without a mask.
The barrier gestures remain rigorous, we are counting on you! Masks and hydroalcoholic gel will be made available in the conference areas.
Particular care will be taken to regularly ventilate the spaces
The Foundation spaces
The spaces offered by the foundation for the conference allow us to welcome you in complete safety.
The main room (“salle des fêtes”) where the interventions take place has a surface area of 350 m2. The meal will take place in the gallery (137 m2) with the gardens available for lunch.
200 chairs are available for a maximum of 130 attendees. Everyone will find their place
